The First Four of March Madness gets underway tomorrow, marking the first time Floridians can legally bet on NCAA games. Sports gaming attorney Daniel Wallach says it comes as we await legal rulings on the validity of the Florida Sports Betting Compact. At issue is whether or not wagers can be placed off the Indian Tribe Reservation. There's evidence Floridians are avid gamblers.
