The 5pm update from the National Hurricane Center says that maximum sustatined winds from Tropical Storm Arthur have reached 50 MPH, and it's expected to become a hurricane on Wednesday.
It is currently drifting towards the northwest at 2 MPH, and is expected to continue that general motion tonight.
A Tropical Storm Watch remains in effect for the east coast of Florida from Fort Pierce to Flagler Beach.
The forecast track has Arthur making a turn to the north on Wednesday, and it's center is expected to stay just offshore and move east of the east-central coast of Florida during the next day or so.
