By now, you may have seen the video on social media, of a nine year old girl being taught how to shoot an automatic weapon.

The child accidentally shot and killed her instructor at an Arizona gun range.  But, why was she allowed to handle an Uzi?

Longtime local defense attorney and former President of the Palm Beach County Bar, Michelle Suskauer says there could be several avenues of liability to explore in a civil case.

"It would be very strange to have a nine year old child have the ability to handle this type of weapon.  So, there'll be a quesiton is there an expected consequence."
