John Goodman is awaiting his second trial for DUI Manslaughter in the 2010 death of 23 year old Scott Wilson.

The polo mogul from Wellington was convicted and sentenced in his first trial, but that was thrown out due to juror misconduct.

Since then, his Bentley has been auction off, leaving attorneys without the opportunity to use it as evidence.  There is also a battle going on regarding Goodman's blood test results taken the night of the crash.  While they show he was legally intoxicated, the defense is expected to contend the needle used to draw the man's blood was different than the one normally used, so those results should be thrown out.

We ask local defense attorney (not involved in the Goodman case) Michelle Suskauer what her strategy would be if she was defending John Goodman.
